We have just completed 8 outstanding days with SC-SM in Feb. 2026. This is divided into Before/before, before and during. Before-before: already in summer 2025 Emma was totally available and effective for advice on dates, size of group, ski-school, private ski teacher recommendations and deciding upon 2 adjacent chalets for our group of 19. BEFORE: as months got closer SC-SM both gave valuable advice and assistance in babysitting arrangements, extra cleaning and solving our unique dietary issues. They got us discounted ski passes in advance and arranged for personalised ski rental to come to chalet for 4 hours on our arrival. DURING: chalets Riondaz and Encombres were clean in excellent condition and very comfortable with 10 bedrooms together. Emma, Gavin Charlotte and team always available for small issues like Electrical bulb replacement, transport advice and supervision of mid-week cleaners. Always helpful and friendly they have a very well-oiled and dependable machine which I highly recommend from planning the vacation to execution.
