La Fermette is a newly renovated farmhouse set in the village of Le Chatelard, with stunning views across to Saint Martin de Belleville. Just a 5-minute drive from the village drag-lift and main Saint Martin de Belleville 1 Gondola. The chalet has breathtaking mountain views from the large sun terrace and 5 stunning en-suite bedrooms, this is the perfect family ski chalet. It comes with a brand-new, spacious boot room, with boot dryers and storage space for your ski equipment. Furthermore, there is a gorgeous and spacious connected kitchen, dining room with bar, and living room area occupying the entire ground floor of Chalet La Fermette.
The chalet is suitable for a maximum of 10 guests.

This beautiful ski chalet has been renovated to a very high standard. The dual-aspect fireplace in the surprisingly large lounge and dining room is just perfect for family dining and relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The large terrace is the ideal sun trap for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon après-ski drink. Chalet La Fermette has the space, ambience, décor, and layout that any large family or group of friends would dream of having for their ski holiday!

La Fermette is a short drive away from the perfect ski village, Saint Martin de Belleville.

In the village of Saint Martin de Belleville, there are plenty of resort amenities such as the 8-​à​-​Huit supermarket, tourist office, the village’s best bar ‘Pourquoi Pas’, and several renowned restaurants. However, you are far enough from the hustle and bustle to be able to enjoy the haven of peace that this chalet offers.

Chalet La Fermette comes with one parking space next to the chalet,​ and then further free parking can be found close by.

Please be aware that your booking isn't confirmed until we have blocked the dates from our calendar and an email has been received from us.

After 72 hours you can either confirm and secure the booking by paying the 25% holiday deposit or the chalet / apartment will be made available again.

'Self Catered - Saint Martin' is proud to offer an excellent service from the moment you get in touch right up until we wave you off at the end of your holiday. Our Concierge Service starts by helping you organise your ski holiday before you arrive. From airport transfers to ski rental, lessons and passes as well as catering options.

Once you have arrived in St Martin de Belleville we are available 24/7, whether it's to assist you with anything or simply answer any questions you may have! We live 'in-resort', are available at any time in case any problems occur and personally ensure that every single guest has the ski holiday experience he wished for!

Please read our booking terms carefully and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions

  • Holiday payment terms:
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
    The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort.
    Our standard cancellation policy applies as per 'Article 3' of our general 'Terms & Conditions'.

  • Check-In: 5:00pm | Check-Out: 9.00am
    You can store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.

  • Damage Deposit:
    It's the norm to charge a damage deposit on self-catered bookings. The amount depends on the size and standard of the property. You will find a list below.
    We will collect the damage deposit ideally prior to your arrival in the resort and release it once we checked the property after your departure.

Please contact us if you cannot find your chalet on this list. A damage deposit may still be collected.


  • Extra person fee:
    Some of our properties have the option of increasing the capacity and adding extra people on a sofa or fold-out beds. In this case, the charge for adding an extra person is 25% of the per-person price (Listed price divided by the total number of beds in the chalet). The minimum fee is €70 per extra person.

  • Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
    You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn't been cleaned properly on arrival, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
    Before your departure, we require you to:

- leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state
- remove all rubbish and recycling
- leave the kitchen, appliances, and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and empty the dishwasher or drying rack before your departure
- wash, dry, and clear away all dishes
- strip beds and put linen/towels in one pile
- sweep out the fireplace
- return furniture as well as other items to their original position

If the chalet is not left according to the chalet check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.


  • Smoking & Animals:
    There is a strict no-smoking policy in all of our chalets. Furthermore, pets are not allowed unless permission is specifically requested and given at the time of booking and strict 'pet rules' apply.

Beautiful comfortable chalet

We have just returned from two weeks in the most beautiful chalet. The chalet had everything we could hope for; a full kitchen, comfortable settee, washing machine, tumble dryer, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was immaculately clean. Any communication we had was dealt with professionally, promptly, and politely. We have stayed in a number of chalets in the Alps, but this would be rated as one of the very top. The walk to the village shop and to the slopes is just minutes and there are some lovely bars and restaurants within easy reach too. I fully recommend this chalet and company - hopefully, we will return again soon. Thank you!
