Travel insurances are more and more covering Covid cancellations, but only if costs cannot be claimed from the accommodation provider first. So our terms & conditions have to be clear about it.

Not all of our chalets were covered by ‘Flexi-Covid’ during the 21/22 winter and we have had guests claim successfully from their travel insurances for their cancelled holidays. We can only see this improving for next winter!
