This stunning 5 bedroom luxury villa is set on the hilltop of the newer upmarket development area of Vale do Lobo overlooking Julia’s beach. It has a commanding view of the sea which is absolutely breathtaking.

A plethora of terraces, an infinity swimming pool and a rooftop Jacuzzi offer spectacular views along the coast, along with plenty of locations to enjoy a drink and fantastic sunsets!

This villa’s location is quiet, yet very close to the beach and all the amenities of Vale do Lobo. The beach is just a short walk from the villa, as well a variety of beachfront restaurants and bars.

 

Location

Situated within close walking distance of Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, which is better known as the fashionable Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries

Praia do Garrão Nascente is part of a 17 km long stretch of sand where one beach flows into the next. This is a spectacular beach with soft, white sand and great facilities located in the esteemed ‘Golden Triangle’, a collection of high-end resorts. A fantastic beach to spend the day.

Ancao Beach is 700 metres from the villa, while Vale do Lobo Beach is 1.6 km from the property. The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 20 km from Villa Croesa – Vale de Lobo.

Provisional Bookings

All of our chalets/apartments can be provisionally booked for up to 72 hours - For us to do this we require you to fill out our provisional booking form below. Please be aware that your booking isn't confirmed until we have blocked the dates from our calendar and an email has been received from us.

After 72 hours you can either confirm and secure the booking by paying the 25% holiday deposit or the chalet / apartment will be made available again.

Booking Terms - Villas

Please read our booking terms carefully and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions

  • Holiday payment terms:
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
    The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations made within the first 10 days of the initial booking confirmation incur a booking fee charge of 75.00€*. 
    • Between 2 to 4 weeks after the booking confirmation – loss of the total deposit, with a maximum of 25% of total holiday cost. 
    • Between 4 to 8 weeks after booking confirmation – loss of the total deposit, with a maximum of 50% of total holiday cost. 
    • Cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date will be liable for the payment of the full holiday amount. 

  • Check-In: 4:00pm | Check-Out: 10.00am
    You may be able to store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.

  • Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
    You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn't been cleaned properly on arrival, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
    Before your departure, we require you to:

- leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state, and remove all rubbish and recycling
- close all doors, windows and shutters and turn off all lights and air conditioning
- leave the kitchen, appliances, and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and place all dishes in the dishwasher
- leave one set of keys on the dining room table and the other set in the key box

If the villa is not left according to the villa check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.


  • Smoking & Animals:
    There is a strict no-smoking and no pets policy in all of our villas. However, we can provide details of nearby pet hotels.

This two-bed apartment was cozy and really well-equipped

This two-bed apartment was cozy and really well-equipped, we were a family of three during half term and it was very comfortable. The kitchen had quality appliances along with a Nespresso machine and a lovely fire in the lounge. It is located right in the middle of the village, near the church, and less than a minute's walk from the drag lift which takes you up a hill to get access to the main gondola where you can get access to the whole 3 valleys. I would certainly recommend the village and if you are a group of 2,3 or 4 I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and the people at St Martin-Self Catered.
