Chalet Chardon is a stunning luxury ski chalet located in the centre of Saint Martin de Belleville, located just a 3 minute walk to the Biolley ski lift. Recently built and furnished to a high specification,, tastefully designed in a palette of mineral colors to create an elegant, soothing atmosphere – the perfect marriage for an unforgettable break in the mountains!

Spread over 4 levels, Chalet Chardon comfortably accommodates 8 guests with an overall surface area of 190 sqm. The large, open-plan kitchen/dining area is the heart of Chalet Chardon – a great sociable space for all the guests to gather to cook and eat around the warming glow of the real log fireplace. It has the added bonus of uninterrupted, breathtaking mountain views through the sliding doors which open out onto a balcony, or the luxury of soaking up the Belleville valley views from the Nordic bath on the terrace outside the kitchen.

The chalet offers 4 double or twin bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms.

For your comfort during your stay, the chalet offers the following additional facilities; cinema lounge, hammam, outdoor Nordic spa, exercise room, a spacious ski room with shoe dryer, garage, strong wifi internet and Sonos audio system. Combined with the breathtaking views, it’s a perfectly equipped space for winding down after a busy day on the 3 Valley slopes!

Location

Chalet Chardon is ideally located on a quiet residential street within less than 200 meters from the Biolley drag lift and closest ski slopes in St Martin de Belleville.

It’s a great location for a large group or family that likes the flexibility of being able to walk to the ski slopes in less than 5 minutes, and be within walking distance of the heart of the village.

Here you can enjoy quiet surroundings and breathtaking mountain views whilst the centre of the village including all restaurants, bars and shops are just a short stroll away.

Please be aware that your booking isn't confirmed until we have blocked the dates from our calendar and an email has been received from us.

After 72 hours you can either confirm and secure the booking by paying the 25% holiday deposit or the chalet / apartment will be made available again.

Our Concierge Service starts by helping you organise your ski holiday before you arrive. From airport transfers to ski rental, lessons and passes as well as catering options.

Once you have arrived in St Martin de Belleville we are available 24/7, whether it's to assist you with anything or simply answer any questions you may have! We live 'in-resort', are available at any time in case any problems occur and personally ensure that every single guest has the ski holiday experience he wished for!

All our prices are based on 7 nights self-catered accommodation (unless otherwise stated) and all of the following is included when booking any of our chalets or apartments:

Tourist tax is collected separately on arrival.

Booking Terms

Please read our booking terms carefully and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions

  • Holiday payment terms:
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
    The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort.
    Our standard cancellation policy applies as per 'Article 3' of our general 'Terms & Conditions'.

  • Check-In: 5:00pm | Check-Out: 9.00am
    You can store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.

  • Damage Deposit:
    It's the norm to charge a damage deposit on self-catered bookings. The amount depends on the size and standard of the property. You will find a list below.
    We will collect the damage deposit ideally prior to your arrival in the resort and release it once we checked the property after your departure.

Please contact us if you cannot find your chalet on this list. A damage deposit may still be collected.


  • Extra person fee:
    Some of our properties have the option of increasing the capacity and adding extra people on a sofa or fold-out beds. In this case, the charge for adding an extra person is 25% of the per-person price (Listed price divided by the total number of beds in the chalet). The minimum fee is €70 per extra person.

  • Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
    You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn't been cleaned properly on arrival, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
    Before your departure, we require you to:

- leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state
- remove all rubbish and recycling
- leave the kitchen, appliances, and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and empty the dishwasher or drying rack before your departure
- wash, dry, and clear away all dishes
- strip beds and put linen/towels in one pile
- sweep out the fireplace
- return furniture as well as other items to their original position

If the chalet is not left according to the chalet check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.


  • Smoking & Animals:
    There is a strict no-smoking policy in all of our chalets. Furthermore, pets are not allowed unless permission is specifically requested and given at the time of booking and strict 'pet rules' apply.

Charming chalet apartment with beautiful mountain views

We stayed in the 'Encombres - Tête de Fer' apartment during summer for a long hiking weekend and very much enjoyed our stay. Most of all, the apartment is very well equipped and offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. It has a traditional feel with lots of reclaimed wood and there are breathtaking mountain views to be enjoyed from the balcony! The location is also great - Far enough away to enjoy a peaceful afternoon on the balcony, but everything is on the doorstep if needed. The supermarket, restaurants, bars, bakery, and other shops - All can be reached on foot in minutes!
