The Prestige apartments are a collection of stunning, newly renovated apartments located in the heart of St Martin de Belleville.
The Prestige N3 apartment is a particular bright apartment with light Alpine style decoration and large French windows that open up onto two south-facing balconies.
Like the other apartments it has a newly renovated and well equipped kitchen with modern kitchen appliances – Perfect to cater for the whole family. The kitchen, living and dining area is open-plan and all situated on one floor.
The N3 apartment is near enough identical (layout and decoration) to the N2 apartment.

These ski-in ski-out apartments are located next to the St Martin village-centre drag lift piste. An incredible location with the benefits of not only having all of the village centre amenities right on your door-step, but also the slopes and lift-system.
It’s a great location for families and groups of friends alike. Enjoy the flexibility of having all the restaurants, bars, and shops within seconds of your accommodation.
The chalet residence that has been built into the slope next to the village piste which gives most apartments direct access to the ski slopes. Whilst on foot you will have to climb some stairs to get to the Prestige apartments’ front door it also means these newly renovated luxury apartment are extremely affordable and would be much more expensive if situated in a free-standing chalet.
Prestige N3 is the closest apartment to Rue des Grangeraies. It is situated 4 flights of stairs down from Rue des Grangeraies and 6 flights of stairs up from the village centre.
The access to the village slope is on the same level than the N3’s front door.

After 72 hours you can either confirm and secure the booking by paying the 25% holiday deposit or the chalet / apartment will be made available again.

Once you have arrived in St Martin de Belleville we are available 24/7, whether it's to assist you with anything or simply answer any questions you may have! We live 'in-resort', are available at any time in case any problems occur and personally ensure that every single guest has the ski holiday experience he wished for!

- Holiday payment terms:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort.

You can store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.
- Damage Deposit:
It's the norm to charge a damage deposit on self-catered bookings. The amount depends on the size and standard of the property. You will find a list below.
We will collect the damage deposit ideally prior to your arrival in the resort and release it once we checked the property after your departure.

- Extra person fee:
Some of our properties have the option of increasing the capacity and adding extra people on a sofa or fold-out beds. In this case, the charge for adding an extra person is 25% of the per-person price (Listed price divided by the total number of beds in the chalet). The minimum fee is €70 per extra person.
- Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn't been cleaned properly on arrival please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
Before your departure, we require you to:
- leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state
- remove all rubbish and recycling
- leave the kitchen, appliances and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and empty the dishwasher or drying rack before your departure
- wash, dry and clear away all dishes
- strip beds and put linen/towels in one pile
- sweep out the fireplace
- return furniture as well as other items to their original position
If the chalet is not left according to the chalet check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.
- Smoking & Animals:
There is a strict no-smoking policy in all of our chalets. Furthermore, pets are not allowed unless permission is specifically requested and given at the time of booking and strict 'pet rules' apply.
Our standard cancellation policy applies as per 'Article 3' of our general 'Terms & Conditions'.

Here at 'SC-Saint Martin' we completely understand everyone's worries in relation to Covid. May it be about the virus still being around or returning during the winter season, or most importantly the potential concern for you and your family's health, which at the end of the day is our highest priority!
There will be necessary measures in place in resort this winter to keep everybody safe, such as wearing masks in ski lift queues and on the lifts. Of course, we cannot influence everything Covid-dependent, but what we can do is reassure you that we will be making your safety, health and comfort as our number one priority.

We will give you the option between our personal 'Meet & Greet' service or a 'Contact-less' check-in.
All our chalets are equipped with lock-boxes meaning you are able to let yourself into the accommodation without having to meet us in person.
Nevertheless we are available 24/7 if any questions or issues arise!
When meeting any of our guests, we will wear masks and respect all social distancing measures.
Extra precautions in relation to cleaning and disinfection methods will be put in place to ensure your safety.
Additional disinfecting hand-wash and spray will be provided in all of our chalets/apartments.
Covid resort measures
To be ready for every possibility, the ski resort of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville has put in place a series of measures so that your holiday at the mountain is solely one of happiness and is an opportunity for you to recharge your batteries and have fun with your friends and family.
The practice of snow sliding sports is an outdoor practice, where the equipment (gloves, skis, ski poles...) favours social distancing measures.

*NEW* Travel insurance cover for COVID
After scouring the web hours on end for an insurance company that can provide reassurance and cover for our guests this winter, we are pleased to have finally found a company, who specialises in ski-related insurance, that have launched a new product with Comprehensive Covid cover. They are called 'SKI COVER' and currently seem to be the only ones on the market offering travel, cancellation and Covid-related insurance, all the whilst covering you on the ski slopes this winter.
All persons under 65 can currently get cover for the following cases:
- - Cover when travelling against FCDO for 'All' and 'All but essential travel' when relating to Covid
- - Cover for cancellation if you catch Covid within 14 days of departure date or if hospitalised within 28 days of your departure
- - Cover if you are denied boarding due to a Covid diagnosis or medical / temperature test which falls outside the transport provider's normal limits
- - Cover for medical expenses related to Covid if you catch it whilst abroad in Europe
- - Medical and repatriation costs
- - Cancellation or curtailment of trip
- - Ski and equipment cover
- - Mountain repatriation
