- Chalet Ann – Situated in ‘Le Châtelard’
Keeping to the right when skiing down will bring you into the village centre. Or you can simply walk into the centre – It’s a downhill stroll of 5-10 minutes.
Skiers can reach the higher part of the village by a (one-person) drag lift.
On foot it takes less than 10 minutes – A nice stroll through the village! Additionally a free shuttle service brings you up to the gondola or one of the other resorts in the Belleville Valley such as Les Menuires or Val Thorens.

Ideal for families with small children that don’t want to use a car during their ski holiday. Or simply family / groups that enjoy a ski-in ski-out location. On your doorstep you can find: The ski school meeting points and beginners area, the ski pass office and rental shops as well as a couple of day-time restaurants/bars. This location gives you a lot of flexibility!
Our location in the village centre
Great for families and groups that don’t mind walking 50 – 200 meters to the closest ski slopes / back to their chalet and also enjoy to be more in the centre of the resort with all restaurants, shops and bars on their doorstep!
Our location in “Le Châtelard”
Just perfect for families / groups with access to a car that would like to experience a holiday in a completely traditional French hamlet. Here the cows next door still live on the ground floor of the neighbours farm. Additionally there are plenty of empty fields to go sledding, build snowmen and play in the snow!
Le Chatelard is a great location to explore the backcountry, either with touring equipment or snowshoes. Within minutes you can feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!
And the biggest advantage of staying a little out of the village is that you get a lot more for your money!
To give you an idea: A small 3-bedroom apartment in the village is priced roughly the same than a luxury 5-bedroom chalet!
