Chalet Broski comfortably sleeps 14 guests across 6 bedrooms, some with ensuites and all with beautiful contemporary furnishings. The large living area is open plan and light with large windows and spacious balconies to take advantage of the fantastic views along the Belleville valley. The balconies also provide the perfect area for an après-ski beer and some night star-gazing. The log burning fire is the perfect focal point for some evening entertainment, book reading, game playing or stories of the days events on the mountain, or if you fancy watching a movie then why not settle into your very own cinema, with hundreds of the latest movies to choose from.

The ground floor is home to your very own library, with a huge collection of books and DVDs to choose from. The sauna and spa bath are also located on the ground floor and are a perfect way to cleanse your body and relax those tired muscles. Our large boot-room provides a safe and secure spot to leave all your ski & snowboard equipment, and we also have an industrial-grade boot drier to ensure your boots are fresh and dry when you slip into them first thing in the morning.

Just outside the front door is where you will find our luxurious Jacuzzi hot-tub with room for 7 people, more if you don’t mind getting cosy! What better way to relax and soak up the mountain atmosphere than from your very own outdoor hot-tub.

La Rochette is located just outside of St Martin de Belleville, a tranquil hamlet that is served by the free ski bus to St Martin. with the bus stop just a 4 minute walk from the chalet. The chalet is perfectly located with excellent connections to Méribel, Val Thorens and the rest of the truly vast Three Valleys ski area.

Chalet Broski is the perfect mountain retreat; far enough away from the crowds to soak up the tranquil atmosphere of La Rochette, yet close enough to fully enjoy St Martin de Belleville’s unique village atmosphere and if you like, the Apré Ski parties in the Méribel valley.

St Martin de Belleville is never too far away, with its range of bars, restaurants, food and ski shops, you are sure to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Our Concierge Service starts by helping you organise your ski holiday before you arrive. From airport transfers to ski rental, lessons and passes as well as catering options.

Once you have arrived in St Martin de Belleville we are available 24/7, whether it's to assist you with anything or simply answer any questions you may have! We live 'in-resort', are available at any time in case any problems occur and personally ensure that every single guest has the ski holiday experience he wished for!

Booking Terms & Damage Deposit

Holiday payment terms:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort.
Our standard cancellation policy applies as per 'Article 3' of our general 'Terms & Conditions'.

Check-In: 5:00pm | Check-Out: 9.00am
You can store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.

Damage Deposit:
It's the norm to charge a damage deposit on self-catered bookings. We will collect the damage deposit ideally prior to your arrival in the resort and release it once we check the property after your departure. The amount depends on the size and standard of the property. You will find a list below.

Please contact us if you cannot find your chalet on this list. A damage deposit may still be collected.

Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn't been cleaned properly on arrival please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
Before your departure, we require you to:

- leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state
- remove all rubbish and recycling
- leave the kitchen, appliances, and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and empty the dishwasher or drying rack before your departure
- wash, dry, and clear away all dishes
- strip beds and put linen/towels in one pile
- sweep out the fireplace
- return furniture as well as other items to their original position

If the chalet is not left according to the chalet check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.

Smoking & Animals:
There is a strict no-smoking policy in all of our chalets. Furthermore, pets are not allowed unless permission is specifically requested and given at the time of booking and strict 'pet rules' apply.
