Exterior
La Fermette is situated in a quiet position with a spectacular view in the village of La Chatelard, just a couple of minutes drive from the centre of Saint Martin de Belleville.
Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen
The living and dining area is a wonderful linking space with a central dual aspect log burner, double height lounge, spacious dining and bar area leading directly into the modern and well equipped kitchen. It's a great space for the entire family to relax after a long day on the ski slopes. The living area also leads out to a lovely terrace, with good quality outdoor furniture
Bedrooms
There are 5 bedrooms in La Fermette all of which have a private ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms have all been recently renovated with comfortable good quality beds.
Mezzanine Study & Boot room
The separate boot room is located off the spacious entrance hall, with a communal toilet and bathroom on the ground floor. Ample boot dryers and ski storage are available, although we do recommend using the ski storage lockers in the centre of town for convenience. On the first floor there is a TV lounge and workspace, a great place to work from home or for children and teenagers to relax and watch a movie!
