La Fermette is situated in a quiet position with a spectacular view in the village of La Chatelard, just a short drive from the centre of Saint Martin de Belleville.
Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen
The living and dining area is a wonderful linking space with a central dual aspect log burner, double height lounge, spacious dining and bar area leading directly into the modern and well equipped kitchen. It's a great space for the entire family to relax after a long day on the ski slopes.
Bedrooms
There are 5 bedrooms in La Fermette all of which have a private ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are all recently renovated with comfortable beds.
Boot room
The separate boot room is located off the spacious entrance hall, with a communal toilet and bathroom ground floor - Perfect to enter the building in ski boots to put these straight onto the boot warmers. There is plenty of ski and snowboard storage too. On the first floor there is a TV lounge and workspace, great place to work from home or for children and teenagers to relax and watch a movie!
