Chalet Noor is a brand new development located at the bottom of the 3 Vallees slopes. This outstanding property combines an almost ski-in/ski-out location, generous space, and panoramic mountain views.

This chalet will be a haven for large families or groups of friends thanks to its huge living space, which can sleep up to 12 people. A vast living space features an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge around a central fireplace with glass walls, allowing the fire to be seen from all sides. The cathedral ceiling and wide windows let in the light and the landscape. A balcony surrounds this space, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic view and the sunset over the mountains, as the chalet faces west.

Chalet Noor has a suite with a dressing room, terrace, and bathroom, 4 en suite double bedrooms, and 1 dormitory for 4 children. It also comes equipped with a sauna and relaxation area ready to aid your recovery after a long day of skiing. A garage and ski room will also ensure your equipment is kept safe and warm.


Ideally located, around 100m from the first ski slopes in Saint Martin de Belleville, Chalet Noor provides the perfect base for a ski holiday with family and friends. This is a great location as the chalet is a stone’s throw from the bottom of the slopes, meaning you are never far from a great day skiing in the 3 Vallées area. It’s also an ideal base for sampling the Alpine art of living, with the village of Saint Martin retaining all its charm and authenticity.

'Self Catered - Saint Martin' is proud to offer an excellent service from the moment you get in touch right up until we wave you off at the end of your holiday. Our Concierge Service starts by helping you organise your ski holiday before you arrive. From airport transfers to ski rental, lessons and passes as well as catering options.

Once you have arrived in St Martin de Belleville we are available 24/7, whether it's to assist you with anything or simply answer any questions you may have! We live 'in-resort', are available at any time in case any problems occur and personally ensure that every single guest has the ski holiday experience he wished for!

Booking Terms & Damage Deposit

Please read our booking terms carefully and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions

  • Holiday payment terms:
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
    The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort.
    Our standard cancellation policy applies as per 'Article 3' of our general 'Terms & Conditions'.

  • Check-In: 5:00pm | Check-Out: 9.00am
    You can store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.

  • Damage Deposit:
    It's the norm to charge a damage deposit on self-catered bookings. We will collect the damage deposit ideally prior to your arrival in the resort and release it once we check the property after your departure. The amount depends on the size and standard of the property. You will find a list below.

Please contact us if you cannot find your chalet on this list. A damage deposit may still be collected.

  • Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
    You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn't been cleaned properly on arrival please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
    Before your departure, we require you to:

- leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state
- remove all rubbish and recycling
- leave the kitchen, appliances, and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and empty the dishwasher or drying rack before your departure
- wash, dry, and clear away all dishes
- strip beds and put linen/towels in one pile
- sweep out the fireplace
- return furniture as well as other items to their original position

If the chalet is not left according to the chalet check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.

  • Smoking & Animals:
    There is a strict no-smoking policy in all of our chalets. Furthermore, pets are not allowed unless permission is specifically requested and given at the time of booking and strict 'pet rules' apply.

Charming chalet apartment with beautiful mountain views

We stayed in the 'Encombres - Tête de Fer' apartment during summer for a long hiking weekend and very much enjoyed our stay. Most of all, the apartment is very well equipped and offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. It has a traditional feel with lots of reclaimed wood and there are breathtaking mountain views to be enjoyed from the balcony! The location is also great - Far enough away to enjoy a peaceful afternoon on the balcony, but everything is on the doorstep if needed. The supermarket, restaurants, bars, bakery, and other shops - All can be reached on foot in minutes!
