Combining an elegant interior with a breathtaking view of the village church and the mountain in the background, the chalet offers a sense of space with natural light streaming in.

Aloha is a three-story chalet with six en-suite bedrooms, each with its own individual design. It comfortably accommodates twelve guests. The vast living space is entirely turned towards the alpine horizon which appears behind the bay windows. A living room with its XXL sofa, a bar area, a dining room, and a semi-open kitchen share the space. A fireplace with contemporary lines and a steel staircase adds a touch of modernity.

The comfort of the Aloha chalet also lies in its relaxation areas. The home cinema room and bar are the perfect spot to put your feet up, or you can unwind in the spa area, complete with solarium, sauna, and outdoor Jacuzzi.

Location

Located a short stroll from the center of the village and the ski lifts, Chalet Aloha provides the perfect base for a ski holiday with family and friends. This is a great location as the chalet is a stone’s throw from the bottom of the slopes, meaning you are never far from a great day skiing in the 3 Vallées area. The least sporty can also enjoy the beautiful discoveries of the village of Saint Martin de Belleville: baroque churches, dog sled rides, or a 3-star gastronomic experience at the restaurant La Bouitte.

Chalet Aloha comes with a parking space, and further free parking can be found around the village.

Our Concierge Service starts by helping you organise your ski holiday before you arrive. From airport transfers to ski rental, lessons and passes as well as catering options.

Once you have arrived in St Martin de Belleville we are available 24/7, whether it's to assist you with anything or simply answer any questions you may have! We live 'in-resort', are available at any time in case any problems occur and personally ensure that every single guest has the ski holiday experience he wished for!

Booking Terms & Damage Deposit

Please read our booking terms carefully and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions

Holiday payment terms:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort.
Our standard cancellation policy applies as per 'Article 3' of our general 'Terms & Conditions'.

Check-In: 5:00pm | Check-Out: 9.00am
You can store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.

Damage Deposit:
It's the norm to charge a damage deposit on self-catered bookings. We will collect the damage deposit ideally prior to your arrival in the resort and release it once we check the property after your departure. The amount depends on the size and standard of the property. You will find a list below.

Please contact us if you cannot find your chalet on this list. A damage deposit may still be collected.

Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn't been cleaned properly on arrival please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
Before your departure, we require you to:

- leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state
- remove all rubbish and recycling
- leave the kitchen, appliances, and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and empty the dishwasher or drying rack before your departure
- wash, dry, and clear away all dishes
- strip beds and put linen/towels in one pile
- sweep out the fireplace
- return furniture as well as other items to their original position

If the chalet is not left according to the chalet check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.

Smoking & Animals:
There is a strict no-smoking policy in all of our chalets. Furthermore, pets are not allowed unless permission is specifically requested and given at the time of booking and strict 'pet rules' apply.
