Nant Giraud G1 is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom apartment located in a premium modern residence, at the entrance of St Martin de Belleville.
The gorgeous apartment will comfortably sleep 6 people in 3 generously sized ensuite bedrooms all on one floor. Bedroom one can be made into a twin or super king double bed. It has a full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and two handbasins. The very large second bedroom has a shower, toilet and handbasin and pretty bedroom three has a generous shower room with a handbasin. There is an additional shared toilet just outside the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a secluded terrace.
The generous living space is the perfect area for spending time together; whether it is around the lovely wooden dining table, relaxing in the leather sofas in front of the the log fire or watching something on the TV. You’ll also be able to enjoy the uninterrupted mountain views from the large french windows and wrap around balcony.
There is a shared games room on the ground floor of the residence, including table football, darts, billiards, and air hockey. If you’d like to stay fit whilst on holiday, you will also have access to the shared gym.
There is a separate garage for parking one car (and other public parking spaces can be found nearby) as well as a ski locker room with boot warmers for 6 pairs of boots.
This is a wonderful chalet-style apartment that would provide the ideal accommodation for creating fabulous ski holiday memories as a family or a group of friends.
Location
The Nant Giraud residence is located at the entrance to St Martin from the main road, so access to the garage is from this road. When walking to the lifts on foot, access from behind the building means a 5-minute walk to the drag-lift and village centre.
There is also a free shuttle bus stop nearby, in case walking is not an option.
But this is a fantastic location for those looking to be within walking-distance to the village centre and drag-lift, yet in a quiet, peaceful location.

All of our chalets/apartments can be provisionally booked for up to 72 hours - For us to do this we require you to fill out our provisional booking form below. Please be aware that your booking isn't confirmed until we have blocked the dates from our calendar and an email has been received from us.
After 72 hours you can either confirm and secure the booking by paying the 25% holiday deposit or the chalet / apartment will be made available again.

Our Concierge Service starts by helping you organise your ski holiday before you arrive. From airport transfers to ski rental, lessons and passes as well as catering options.
Once you have arrived in St Martin de Belleville we are available 24/7, whether it's to assist you with anything or simply answer any questions you may have! We live 'in-resort', are available at any time in case any problems occur and personally ensure that every single guest has the ski holiday experience he wished for!

All our prices are based on 7 nights self-catered accommodation (unless otherwise stated) and all of the following is included when booking any of our chalets or apartments:

Booking Terms

- Holiday payment terms:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort.
Our standard cancellation policy applies as per 'Article 3' of our general 'Terms & Conditions'.

You can store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.
- Damage Deposit:
It's the norm to charge a damage deposit on self-catered bookings. The amount depends on the size and standard of the property. You will find a list below.
We will collect the damage deposit ideally prior to your arrival in the resort and release it once we checked the property after your departure.

Please contact us if you cannot find your chalet on this list. A damage deposit may still be collected.
- Extra person fee:
Some of our properties have the option of increasing the capacity and adding extra people on a sofa or fold-out beds. In this case, the charge for adding an extra person is 25% of the per-person price (Listed price divided by the total number of beds in the chalet). The minimum fee is €70 per extra person.
- Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn't been cleaned properly on arrival, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
Before your departure, we require you to:
- leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state
- remove all rubbish and recycling
- leave the kitchen, appliances, and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and empty the dishwasher or drying rack before your departure
- wash, dry, and clear away all dishes
- strip beds and put linen/towels in one pile
- sweep out the fireplace
- return furniture as well as other items to their original position
If the chalet is not left according to the chalet check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.
- Smoking & Animals:
There is a strict no-smoking policy in all of our chalets. Furthermore, pets are not allowed unless permission is specifically requested and given at the time of booking and strict 'pet rules' apply.
