- Holiday payment terms:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort. - Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within the first 10 days of the initial booking confirmation incur a booking fee charge of 75.00€*.
- Between 2 to 4 weeks after the booking confirmation – loss of the total deposit, with a maximum of 25% of total holiday cost.
- Between 4 to 8 weeks after booking confirmation – loss of the total deposit, with a maximum of 50% of total holiday cost.
- Cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date will be liable for the payment of the full holiday amount.
- Check-In: 4:00pm | Check-Out: 10.00am
You may be able to store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.
- Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn’t been cleaned properly on arrival, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
Before your departure, we require you to:
– leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state, and remove all rubbish and recycling
– close all doors, windows and shutters and turn off all lights and air conditioning
– leave the kitchen, appliances, and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and place all dishes in the dishwasher
– leave one set of keys on the dining room table and the other set in the key box
If the villa is not left according to the villa check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.
- Smoking & Animals:
There is a strict no-smoking and no pets policy in all of our villas. However, we can provide details of nearby pet hotels.
