Villa Allegra is a contemporary three bedroom property with private pool (Can be heated for an extra weekly supplement), situated in the sort after resort of Valverde in Quinta do Lago- a development of luxury properties located within close walking distance of the entrance roundabout of Quinta do Lago, the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and the Bougainvillea Plaza.
Villa Allegra is found in the Quinta do Lago entrance, just a short walk away from the prestigious Quinta Shopping, Boutique mall, where you will find a diverse range of premium stores and high quality services, besides you can also rest in one of the plaza styled terraces while enjoying a bespoke cocktail, have a relaxed meal at the Irish owned Gastrobar Cheeky pub, or dine in style at one of the fine restaurants found around the Vale Verde and Quinta do Lago Resort.

Provisional Bookings
All of our chalets/apartments can be provisionally booked for up to 72 hours - For us to do this we require you to fill out our provisional booking form below. Please be aware that your booking isn't confirmed until we have blocked the dates from our calendar and an email has been received from us.
After 72 hours you can either confirm and secure the booking by paying the 25% holiday deposit or the chalet / apartment will be made available again.

Booking Terms - Villas
Please read our booking terms carefully and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions
- Holiday payment terms:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival in the resort. - Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within the first 10 days of the initial booking confirmation incur a booking fee charge of 75.00€*.
- Between 2 to 4 weeks after the booking confirmation – loss of the total deposit, with a maximum of 25% of total holiday cost.
- Between 4 to 8 weeks after booking confirmation – loss of the total deposit, with a maximum of 50% of total holiday cost.
- Cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date will be liable for the payment of the full holiday amount.
- Check-In: 4:00pm | Check-Out: 10.00am
You may be able to store your luggage in case of an earlier arrival/departure. Please let us know in advance.
- Cleaning / End-of-stay requirements:
You will arrive at a fully cleaned property. In the event that you find it hasn't been cleaned properly on arrival, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
Before your departure, we require you to:
- leave the apartment in a tidy and acceptable state, and remove all rubbish and recycling
- close all doors, windows and shutters and turn off all lights and air conditioning
- leave the kitchen, appliances, and all contents clean, put kitchen items back in the cupboards as found, and place all dishes in the dishwasher
- leave one set of keys on the dining room table and the other set in the key box
If the villa is not left according to the villa check-out requirements, please be aware that an additional cleaning charge may apply and will therefore be taken off the security deposit.
- Smoking & Animals:
There is a strict no-smoking and no pets policy in all of our villas. However, we can provide details of nearby pet hotels.
