Exterior
Villa Allegra is a superbly appointed 3+1 bedroomed south-facing villa calling to an unforgettable summer vacation in luxury. Allegra welcomes you from its striking entrance, leading you through the all around open plan layout into the moderned styled family kitchen, fully equipped, followed by the separate dinning area.
Swimming pool, BBQ, outside dining and garden
Outside we find a wonderful dining area, BBQ and private pool with a fantastic lounge space and garden, with plenty of seating both for eating and sunbathing. The exterior covered kitchen also provides a very comfortable outside lounge area and dining al fresco. The completely private, manicured garden with a large swimming pool measuring approximately 14m x 4m (can be heated for an extra weekly supplement), a covered eating area with a gas BBQ, food preparation area with a sink, wine cooler and a dining table seating eight people. There are eight sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. There is a further shaded area where you can relax and read a good book, a hammock and an outside shower.
Living room, Kitchen and dining room
The foyer with a guest cloakroom, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to an outside shaded seating area. The open plan kitchen and dining room are modern in design with a central island and stool seating for six people, and has appliances including an induction hob with five rings, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, extractor, toaster, kettle, large electric oven with a grill and a further smaller electric oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, two fridge freezers, split unit air conditioning, log burner and a dining table with seating for six people. Patio doors open to the garden. The large, bright, spacious lounge with triple patio doors, a comfy half moon sofa with a lounge chair and stool, two split unit air conditioning units and a wall mounted flat screen, Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc). Patio doors opening onto the pool side and garden. There is a reading room with a sofa bed, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a decked area and the pool. The utility room off the kitchen house the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms
Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a patio doors opening onto the garden. Bedroom two is a double room (two singles pushed together) with split unit air conditioning, a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a free standing bath, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Upstairs to bedroom three which is the master double room (2 singles pushed together) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool. En suite bathroom with double vanities, split unit air conditioning, a free standing bath, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
