Swimming pool, BBQ, outside dining and garden
There is a grand entrance to the property via electric entry gates onto the villa forecourt, where there is a beautiful water fountain and plenty of space for parking your hire car. Villa Cascade stands on a very large plot, 5000 square metres, and the central feature is the impressive 24 x 16 metre swimming pool and picturesque waterfall. The pool goes up to 2 metres deep by the waterfall cascade and there is also a large amount of shallow water area for the young children. The poolside terraces are furnished with sun loungers and surrounded by lawn gardens and fruit trees. Guests are truly spoiled for entertainment treats- a floodlit tennis court for those holiday family tournaments and a floodlit putting green (4 holes) to help sharpen up your game. You are also well catered for dining al-fresco, with a shaded dining terrace and BBQ area with charcoal BBQ and drinks fridge.

The property has an alarm system and electric shutters throughout. The contemporary style air conditioned kitchen is equipped with 4 electric hobs, grill, extractor, microwave, 2 x dishwashers, fridge freezer, toaster, juicer and integrated oven. Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. Spacious living/dining room with those stunning country and ocean far reaching views and complete with a flat screen TV, sound bar, central a/c with individual room controls, dining table and 8 chairs, comfy seating area around the fireplace and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. On the first floor landing there is an office area. On the lower level of the villa is the games area, with drinks fridge, table tennis table, darts board, running machine and cross trainer. Cinema/TV area with a huge flat screen TV and an ultra-HD Blu-ray DVD player.
Bedrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one has twin beds, central a/c and an adjacent bathroom with double vanities. Bedroom two has twin beds, central a/c, doors to the terrace (shared with bedroom one) and an en suite shower room. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level. Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master double suite with central a/c, dressing area, en suite with bath, separate shower unit and double vanities and doors to the side terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasol. Bedroom four also on this level has a double bed, a/c, doors to the terrace and black-out blinds. Bedrooms five and six are on the lower level of Villa Mehabel. Bedroom five has twin beds, split a/c, an en suite shower room and patio doors to the lower garden terrace. Bedroom six has twin beds, split a/c, an en suite shower room and doors to the terrace.
