As well as a great après-ski spot, the Lodji Hotel also has a beautiful restaurant that serves a very high standard of food. A great option to celebrate birthdays and other occasions (or to just celebrate being on holiday!), the service is always fantastic, and the menu is different from anywhere else in the village- they even serve delicious oysters! You can have dinner in their contemporary, plush inside dining area, or lunch on their vast, sunny terrace.

Part of the 3 Star ‘Hotel Saint Martin’ but also open to the general public, Le Grenier is one of the hidden gems of St Martin de Belleville. Whether you visit for a delicious lunch whilst enjoying the sun on the large terrace or a cosy evening meal, you can enjoy friendly service and a great value-for-money 3-star menu.

Conveniently located just metres from the slopes and village, this authentic, family-run restaurant offers fine dining and great service. 

With a reputation for quality, L’Etoile des Neige offers a delicious menu and has a huge terrace – perfect for enjoying the sun and panoramic mountain views during the day – as well as a traditional interior for eating a heart-warming meal in the evening.

Probably the most cosy Savoyard restaurant in the village, Le Montagnard offers oodles of charm and incredible food. Located in a converted barn and with a unique decor of slate and mountain stone, pictures and family heirlooms, the restaurant reflects life in the village, both past and present.

With numerous awards won for its fantastic service and equally impressive, traditional food, this restaurant is always sure to impress.

Le Montagnard is located in the village centre. Past the church, take a left with the button lift in front of you. Then it’s the first road on the right!

L’Art B offers a cosy bistrot restaurant with a varied menu on the top floor, and a more casual bar lounge with comfy seating on the lower floor. From poke bowls to tartiflettes, there is something to suit every taste here.


La Voute, (€€-€€€) Place de la Mairie, St Martin. Tél: 04 79 08 91 48

A classic for ‘St Martin returners’ – La Voute serves delicious thin crust pizzas (also take-away) as well as a selection of Savoyard dishes. It is situated right in the heart of St Martin next to the church – Look out for a large sun terrace.

Le Simple & Meilleur has established itself as a go-to for delicious tapas and lovely evening meals in a charming décor. Highlights include the top floor bistro’s beautiful sun terrace which offers breathtaking mountain views. 

You can also buy fresh, home-made bread and pastries from 8am every day.

The venue also offers convenient ski-in ski-out access and pedestrian access from the Grangerais area, near the St Martin de Belleville gondola.

(Reservation Essential – Shuttle Service)

La Bouitte has received it’s 3rd Michelin star in 2015 and is one of the most renowned restaurants in the 3 Valleys. Be aware – This comes with a price tag and booking ahead is absolutely necessary.

This fantastic restaurant is situated in the neighbouring village of ‘St Marcel’ which can be reached via their free shuttle service in less than 5 minutes. Simply call up to arrange the lift!

The luxury M Lodge Hotel has its own bar, restaurant and lounge called ‘Table du M Lodge’. They offer excellent food and great service in a luxurious, high end setting. Book in for a nice dinner out, or pop in after skiing to have a drink in the bar – they have the best cocktails in St Martin!

Michelin-starred chef “Akrame Benallal” and executive chef Christophe Dupuy from Maya Collection have combined their culinary talents to create an exceptional menu offering high-end brasserie-style cuisine, with traditional mountain specialities sublimated by a coal-fired oven for authentic flavours. 

Maya Altitude boasts a 360° panoramic view of Mont Blanc and the Alps from its spectacular terraces, worth the trip on its own.

A unique, family-run restaurant set in a stunning location between Les Menuires and Val Thorens, Chez Pépé Nicolas is another local gem. Open for lunch 7 days a week and dinner every evening except Sunday. 

Run by the grandchildren of its namesake, the restaurant offers a combination of contemporary cuisine mixed with traditional Savoyard dishes – all created using local produce and ingredients.

As well as opening for dinner, the recently renovated L’Art B is a fantastic piste-side lunchtime spot, not too far from home. Situated at the bottom of the drag lift in St Martin, it offers a good-sized sun terrace to dine on, as well as a great après-ski atmosphere.

Situated right in-front of the St Martin gondola, Le Dahlia is one of the closest lunch-time restaurants to the lift. A selection of breakfast, burger and pasta dishes are offered as well as good coffee and delicious hot chocolates. Also great for a beer or a warming vin chaud after a long day on the slopes!

La Ferme de Reberty, (€€€) Reberty 2000. Tél: 04 79 00 77 01

Located at the top of Les Menuires in Reberty 2000, this is a fail-safe option for delicious food and generous portions! The staff at La Ferme de Reberty are longstanding and professional, offering great, friendly service.

Easily accessible, you can ski to the restaurant (blue slope) and enjoy your meal on the gorgeous terrace, or head inside to enjoy the cosy interior and huge central fireplace. 

The choice of food and drinks on their impressive menu can make deciding difficult but don’t worry; whatever you choose will be delicious!

A lovely, traditional mountain restaurant next to the St Martin Express lift, Le Corbeleys offers quick, efficient service and tasty ‘Plats du Jour’. Perfect for a meal before or after hitting up the slopes. 

The chalet setting of the restaurant is packed with family history, with the building used as a mountain pasture for over 100 years before being converted to its modern setting by the great-grandchildren of the original owners.  Relax on their lovely terrace whilst enjoying a meal from their wide selection of local dishes.

On the ‘Biolley’ run half way between the top of the gondola and the village on the left hand side of the piste. Le Loy offers large, good-value meals (traditional dishes, ribs, steak, sausages, fries…etc) to be enjoyed on a huge sun terrace with lovely views!

Charming mountain restaurant with a sun terrace that can be covered & heated in case of bad weather, and large inside area with central log fire (great to dry your gloves!). Offering all the local dishes as well as large and delicious salads.


Supermarkets / Bakeries

The ‘8 A HUIT’ supermarket is in the village centre right next to the main church. Opening hours are 7.00am – 7.00pm.

A small local supermarket (Proxy) is located under the ‘Le Dalia’ restaurant near the main gondola in the higher part of the village.

And the best place to get your baguettes, croissants and pain au chocolates is the bakery ‘Chalet Alpain’ located within the ‘Casseblanche’ residence. And they also deliver!
